I Guess Drudge Thinks Along The Same Lines As I Do

  1. Yeah. We just got back from Cloudcroft, NM where there is a famous old hotel. Judy Garland and Clark Gable carved their names on the wall of the observation tower.

"What's the big deal?" my kids asked. I explained that Hollywood and its movie stars used to be glamorous, not to stinking sewer it is now.

Gable's bio was also posted on the wall. Although a movie star, he volunteered for the Army in WW II and flew bombing missions over NAZI Germany. Male movie stars were also masculine and brave back then.
