Meanwhile, Chiang said, the state is spending $2.6 billion more than state leaders planned on.So even if they had gotten their magically optimistic level of tax revenue, they still spent even more than that. Genius.

ReplyDeleteNo kidding. California transplants are making Oregon totally worthless. Since we don't have a real big population, it doesn't take very many of those losers to tip the scales WAY in the wrong direction.
Plus they smell funny.
