Maybe this is wrong but if the unemployment rate has been dropping of late because more and more people don't qualify for unemployment anymore (or get counted as unemployed) then doesn't today's report of an unchanged unemployment rate (8.3%) mean that, even though the number of jobs added was about the same as last month, we still couldn't cover the number of people not being counted as unemployed? Doesn't that mean we've actually reversed our direction and unemployment is actually increasing?
Via Hotair, here's what Gallup thinks is happening. Notice the uptick at the end.
p.s. Oh and don't forget, Obama promised that if we passed the nearly $1 Trillion stimulus our unemployment rate wouldn't go over 8%. It's never been under 8%.
