Why is the mayor of Philadelphia wearing a Clinton Global Initiative shirt? (hattip to someone on twitter.)

In completely unrelated news, investigators at the scene have (allegedly) found holes dug into the track bedding, almost as if something like a woodchuck on crack had been burrowing into it in order to change a national political narrative or something. Investigators said this "burrowing" most likely occurred under cover of darkness, and that the few eyewitness accounts they have, while sketchy at best, all reportedly included the phrases "stout ankles" and "smelled of gin".
