Random Thought Felonious Edition

Could the reason that Loretta Lynch doesn't want to be nominated for the Supreme Court be that she will soon have to bury a grand jury recommendation to indict her possible future boss Hillary Clinton (or *sigh* more likely one of her underlings)?

p.s. And did I hear it right that the grand jury recommendation should be done by May?
